Design Rite tries to maintain an inventory of ready to build lots for new construction. We do our best to maintain lots with no special assessment taxes tied to the purchase. Special assessments are likened to starting off your home ownership with a 15 year 2nd mortgage. We are also happy to assist in site layout if you have already secured your own building site, or we will assist you in finding the
right site to fit your needs if it is not within our
own inventory.
